Job Description Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Specialist - Responsible for attracting and hiring the right people for the organization's long term goal.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job vacancies, sourcing of talents, screening and validation, interviewing to placement of the right candidate.
  • Manages and handles recruitment process.
  • Creates and develops job descriptions, job requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborates with other department managers to ensure suitability of applicants.
  • Attracts qualified candidates for the position using different sourcing techniques.
  • Conducts screening, interviews, and verifications of qualified applicants.
  • Conducts assessment of applicants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or its equivalent.
  • Well-versed in the recruitment process, regulations, and standards.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in the field of recruitment.
  • Ability to assess applicants\' knowledge, skills, and abilities based on the position requirements.
  • Trustworthy and with high values of integrity.
  • Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
