Manage the recruitment process from job vacancies, sourcing of talents, screening and validation, interviewing to placement of the right candidate. Manages and handles recruitment process. Creates and develops job descriptions, job requirements and specifications. Collaborates with other department managers to ensure suitability of applicants. Attracts qualified candidates for the position using different sourcing techniques. Conducts screening, interviews, and verifications of qualified applicants. Conducts assessment of applicants. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or its equivalent. Well-versed in the recruitment process, regulations, and standards. At least 1 year of proven experience in the field of recruitment. Ability to assess applicants\' knowledge, skills, and abilities based on the position requirements. Trustworthy and with high values of integrity.
