The Strategy Manager supports the strategic direction and development of the agency force through business planning, project management and digital enablement. The role helps translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, monitor key performance metrics, and coordinates initiatives aimed at improving agency productivity and operational efficiency. The role also manages tools used by the agency force and provides data-driven insights to support informed decision-making across the team.

Responsibilities Strategy Management
  • Support the Agency Strategy in implementing strategic plans and roadmaps to drive growth and modernization.
  • Assist in translating strategic priorities to actionable insights, performance metrics, and implementation plans aligned with organizational goals.
Project & Program Management
  • Oversee the successful initiation, execution, delivery and completion of projects supporting agency development, sales enablement and channel modernization.
  • Manage timelines, stakeholder alignment, resource coordination and issue resolution across all phases of project delivery.
  • Serve as key liaison across Sales, Training, Product, IT and other departments to drive effective and efficient project execution.
  • Ensure clear documentation, tracking and reporting.
Digital Channel Management
  • Manage digital platforms and tools supporting the agency force.
  • Work with internal tech and/or external partners to ensure continuous enhancement of tools aligned with agency needs and business priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze performance to recommend improvements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of insurance industry experience required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of strategic planning or business strategy experience required.
  • Bachelor\'s degree qualification required.
  • Team leadership level project management experience required.
