About the Role: As an independent contractor for this part‑time recruiter position, you will play a critical role in supporting recruitment operations while working remotely. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates during your scheduled shifts, ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a self‑managed environment and has experience in recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Source & Screen Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases to find and evaluate candidates. Conduct Interviews: Assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and overall suitability for open roles. Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and confirm interviews with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience. Maintain Candidate Records: Keep detailed records of candidate interactions, applications, and interview outcomes in the recruitment management system. Collaborate with Clients: Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on the recruitment process. Provide a Positive Candidate Experience: Ensure a high level of professionalism and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Qualifications: At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in‑house). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage candidates effectively. Self‑motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Comfortable handling overnight or extended shifts in a remote setting. Experience using online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Reliable internet connection, device, and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.
