RPO Recruiter

Overview We’re building an RPO Recruiting Team in the Philippines to support one of our U.S. logistics clients. This team will focus on hiring for Logistics Sales roles and U.S. CDL Drivers across various locations. Why Join Us? You’ll be part of a foundational team with room to grow as we expand. Flexible, remote work setup Opportunity to support start-up projects with dynamic, fast-moving clients A collaborative environment that rewards initiative and results How You’ll Make an Impact As an RPO Recruitment Specialist (Logistics) you will: Manage end-to-end U.S. recruitment for logistics or CDL driver roles Partner with hiring managers and client teams to understand role requirements Source and engage top talent through creative channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) Handle high-volume pipelines efficiently while maintaining candidate quality Track recruiting metrics and ensure accurate data management in ATS Deliver a top-notch candidate experience throughout the process What We’re Looking For General Qualifications (All RPO Recruiters) 3–5 years of solid U.S. recruiting experience (RPO, agency, or in-house) Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple requisitions Adaptable to change; comfortable supporting start-up clients Results-driven, proactive, and resourceful recruiter Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Must be a resident of or authorized to work in the Philippines Specific Track Requirements: Within your 3–5 years of U.S. recruiting experience, you should have at least 1–2 years of high-volume recruiting focused on Sales or Commercial roles (e.g., BDRs, Sales Executives, Account Executives, CSRs) within the logistics industry. Within your 3–5 years of U.S. recruiting experience, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience recruiting U.S. CDL drivers, ideally with exposure to challenging locations such as Hawaii or Alaska and roles like Flatbed, Dry Van, or Steel Hauling.
