Role Overview Build and maintain D365 Customer Experience (CE) application codes for Harvey Norman Commercials. Monitor application performance to ensure proper operation. Improve the overall application development process, code quality, platform performance, and security. Provide applications support for the Commercial business, performing proactive platform monitoring and tasks as directed by leads and manager. Collaborate with the Commercial Applications team and external teams to align applications with technology and business objectives. Primary Responsibilities Build software that fulfills requirements using D365 CE development best practices. Develop code required as part of the D365 CE ecosystems. Carry out regular security and performance checks. Find solutions to security threats, viruses, or errors that might hinder system performance. Actively participate in planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions, aligning with Commercial business goals and objectives, as directed. Consider scalability, performance, and security needs in software systems design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Harvey Norman to deliver high-quality software products. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and software development methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of proven experience in D365 CE development. Strong technical expertise in software development, including proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the Commercial Applications’ Ecosystem. Experience with Dynamics 365 CE technologies: Microsoft Dataverse, MSCRM Document Core Pack, Click Dimensions, Custom PCF Controls, Dialog Builder, ForceXrm Editable Grid. Nice to have: Dynamics 365 BC technologies – Custom AL extensions, cloud-based ERP, Power Admin Centre. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Family – Power BI, Power Apps, Power Admin Centre. Knowledge or experience in Web-based technologies: ReactJS, Redux, shadcn/ui, Webpack, npm, Auth0. Relevant D365 certifications are advantageous. Experience using ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, and MS Office Applications. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus. Familiarity with the B2B commercial business is a plus.
