QS Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QS Engineer who will play a vital role in monitoring and managing the financial flow of our construction projects. This position ensures that all site-related costs, materials, and work progress align with project budgets and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the financial flow of construction site activities, including material usage, labor costs, and subcontractor billings.
• Prepare site cost reports, work accomplishment reports, and financial projections.
• Assist in preparing and evaluating progress billings, change order requests, and variation works.
• Validate material requests, delivery receipts, and site consumption to ensure alignment with project budgets.
• Coordinate with the site team, procurement, and commercial department for accurate cost monitoring.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity take-offs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, contract provisions, and cost control procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a QS Engineer in the construction industry (site-based experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial monitoring for construction projects.
• Proficient in MS Excel, cost monitoring tools, and quantity take-off software (e.g., PlanSwift, AutoCAD is a plus).
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
