Customer Experience Representative

Job Description:
The Customer Experience Crew plays a vital role in enhancing the daily operations of SM Cinema and mall services by ensuring a safe, engaging, and first-class customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist mall or cinema guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about mall services, cinema schedules, and promotions.
- Assist customers with purchases, ticketing, and product selection.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas (e.g., cinema lobby, restrooms, customer service counters).
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed while guiding customers to their destinations.
Job Specification:Qualifications:
- At least a Senior High School (K12) graduate.
- Preferably with 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
- Proficient in basic computer operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
Work Conditions:
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willing to be assigned to SM CITY LA UNION.
