Title: Growth & Creative Strategist Level: Manager / Strategist Reports To: Founder/CEO (acts as CMO for client brands) Location: Remote Role Overview Translate big-picture brand vision into high-impact, cross-channel growth initiatives—creating the concepts, campaigns, and creative briefs that drive profitable acquisition and long-term customer value for wellness and longevity brands. Role Purpose Our client is a full-service growth agency specializing in wellness and longevity brands. They manage ads, websites, email, and retention but we need one strategic brain to ensure everything works together, stays ahead of trends, and drives consistent, profitable growth. This person sits above the execution pods (email, ads, website) and ensures: Campaigns are cohesive, not siloed Creative angles are fresh and positioning is sharp Every initiative ties to profitability and brand affinity We're always testing, iterating, and staying ahead of the curve Core Responsibilities Strategic Translate CEO’s brand vision into tactical growth initiatives across paid ads, email, organic, and web channels. Develop campaign concepts and positioning angles that differentiate brands in crowded wellness markets. Own acquisition strategy roadmap and ensure channel cohesion across ads, email, landing pages, and site messaging. Campaign Creation & Briefing Create detailed creative briefs for designers, copywriters, and developers, defining campaign mechanics and success criteria. Review creative outputs for brand alignment and strategic intent before launch. Set benchmarks for ROAS, conversion, and LTV impact for each initiative. Cross-Functional Coordination Work with Project Manager, Retention, and Website/CRO teams to translate strategies into execution plans. Ensure site and landing pages support campaign goals. Check progress, provide feedback, and course-correct as needed. Performance & Optimization Own acquisition metrics (CAC, ROAS, net contribution, LTV:CAC) and analyze channel performance. Recommend budget shifts, creative pivots, and strategic adjustments based on data. Present insights and campaign results to CEO weekly. Required Experience Must-Haves 3–5 years in growth marketing, creative strategy, or campaign management (DTC brand or agency) Proven track record driving profitable paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing: awareness → conversion → retention Strong creative instincts : can ideate angles, hooks, offers, and positioning that convert Profitability-first mindset : comfortable with CAC, LTV, contribution margin, ROAS Cross-channel thinker : understands how ads, email, site, and creative work together Excellent communicator : writes clear, actionable briefs and can articulate strategy clearly Self-directed and organized : can manage multiple brands/campaigns without hand-holding Preferred (Nice-to-Haves) Experience in wellness, health, longevity, or lifestyle brands Background in creative agencies or brand strategy Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, project management tools Experience managing or mentoring junior strategists or specialists Knowledge of email marketing, SMS, or retention mechanics Understanding of CRO, landing page optimization, and funnel psychology Compensation and Structure Base: $3,000–$6,000/month (based on experience and portfolio) Structure: Contractor (potential for full-time conversion based on performance) Work Schedule Hours: Full-time equivalent Time Zone Preference: Flexible, but must have overlap with US business hours for weekly strategy calls Growth Potential Performance bonuses tied to client results (ROAS, revenue growth, retention lift) Opportunity to move into Head of Growth or VP of Strategy as agency scales Potential equity/profit-sharing as agency matures #J-18808-Ljbffr
