Your Role As our dedicated LLM Search Specialist, you’ll own and evolve strategies that ensure our clients don’t just show up, they dominate AI-driven search experiences. You’ll combine classic SEO mastery with innovative prompt-engineering, structured data strategy, and AI model awareness to drive measurable ranking improvements. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute comprehensive SEO plans that target both traditional search engines and emerging LLM-based search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.). Research, test, and implement methods to influence AI-generated recommendations, citations, and summaries. Craft and optimize content to align with the retrieval and ranking behaviors of LLMs. Develop data schemas, entity-based optimization strategies, and topical authority frameworks. Monitor AI search trends, algorithm updates, and competitor performance—then respond decisively. Collaborate with content strategists, copywriters, and designers to deploy cutting-edge campaigns. Report on results with clarity and accountability. What We’re Looking For ✅ 3–5+ years of hands on SEO experience with proven wins in organic ranking and traffic growth. ✅ In-depth knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and the evolving landscape of generative AI search. If you don't have all of this, you must be hungry to learn. ✅ Ability to reverse engineer and adapt to the ranking logic of conversational search outputs. ✅ Strong analytical skills, comfortable dissecting data, patterns, and user behavior. ✅ Clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving, fully remote environments. ✅ Proactive mindset - always testing, learning, and iterating. ✅ (Bonus) Experience optimizing for featured snippets, zero-click searches, and AI-generated answer boxes.
