Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the proper implementation of the company’s guidelines and requirements pertaining to the construction and renovation activities of all mall tenants to ensure that works completed are within specified plans and company standards.

  • Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, memorandum of agreement, and company house rules and regulations.
  • Assist tenants in resolving construction-related problems and issues in coordination with engineering and leasing departments.
  • Facilitate the expeditious processing of tenants’ temporary and final clearances to operate.
  • Plan, organize, supervise, check, and monitor electrical and mechanical equipment of the property and tenant areas to ensure facilities are in excellent working condition.
  • Inspect tenants’ areas to confirm designs meet management standards and policy criteria.
  • Implement policies and regulations for all tenant workers, in-house maintenance, and contractors to guarantee safety of tenants, customers, and employees.
  • Document progress of ongoing initiatives, status of facilities, and present reports to the Mall Administrator and Engineering Operations Manager.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, or other related course.
  • Mall Management and knowledgeable in mall operations.
  • Knowledgeable in Leasing Marketing and Admin functions (Lease Function).
  • Competencies: negotiation skills and tenant management.
  • Product knowledge: deep understanding of mall/retail industry.
  • At least 2–3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Preferably 2 years specializing in handling Tenant Relations and Tenant Management in an Officer level.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to interact, relate, and negotiate with tenants professionally.
  • Strong customer service, decision-making, and presentation management skills.
  • People management and highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; standard office equipment; English and Filipino language proficiency.
