Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist based in Metro Manila, with some opportunities for remote work. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting property showings. Daily tasks include facilitating sales transactions, working with both commercial and residential real estate, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and service quality.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of motivation and proactive mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
