As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you’ll be part recruiter, part strategist, and part matchmaker — connecting the right people to the right roles while keeping the process smooth, professional, and people‑first. What You’ll Be Doing Team up with department heads to understand what kind of talent they need (and when they need it). Source, screen, and assess applicants from different channels — you know where to find them Keep our applicant database and trackers organized and up to date (because you know good documentation is key). Manage the full recruitment journey — from job posting to job offer. Make sure every candidate has a positive experience with us, no matter the outcome. What You Need to Have Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken. A good grasp of HR functions (and the ability to keep confidential info… well, confidential). Strong people skills — you know how to build relationships and keep communication open. A proactive mindset — you don’t just see challenges; you look for ways to make things better. Accountability — you own your work and take pride in getting things done right. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or anything related. 1–2 years of solid experience in recruitment. Experience handling both rank‑and‑file and corporate roles. ✨ Bonus Points If You Have Experience in Human Resources outside recruitment. 1–2 years of experience working in a BPO environment.
