Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Philippines) Hours: 9am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time USD Salary: $6 - $8 per hour | $960 - $1,200 per month (Open to negotiation based on experience) Lago is excited to announce an opening for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on the Philippines to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting the highest-quality candidates in the region, ensuring that Lago continues to build an exceptional workforce. Your work will be directly aligned with our mission to connect talent with opportunities. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications, craft enticing job descriptions, and utilize innovative sourcing strategies to engage potential candidates. You will guide candidates through the hiring process with a focus on creating a positive experience that highlights Lago as a desirable workplace. Responsibilities Engage with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and create tailored job descriptions. Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates in the Philippines. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates and ensure fit for roles. Facilitate the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding. Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Support candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a seamless experience. Keep up to date with trends in recruitment and talent acquisition in the Philippines. Qualifications Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the Philippines. Working knowledge of Workable or other applicant tracking systems. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to evaluate candidates on their qualifications and cultural alignment. Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations. Results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Experience running social media recruiting campaigns is a plus.
