Online Team Manager (Remote) | Work from Home We are seeking a seasoned Online Team Manager with Cosmetic Regulatory Compliance Expertise to lead a growing remote team. This role requires strong leadership and deep regulatory knowledge, particularly within ASEAN regions. The successful candidate will oversee compliance projects across international markets including Australia, New Zealand, the US, EU, and Asia while managing team performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Ideal applicants will bring a solid background in cosmetics or pharmaceutical regulation, project leadership, and remote work coordination. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Remote Team & Project Management Lead, manage, and mentor a remote compliance team to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery. Allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor team capacity across multiple ongoing projects. Maintain consistent and clear team communication using digital tools and project management systems. Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance. 2. Regulatory Compliance Oversight Review cosmetic product ingredients, labelling, and documentation in line with regional regulations (especially ASEAN). Conduct technical assessments for compliance with local and international standards. Provide expert input on regulatory strategies and ensure consistent alignment with business objectives. Oversee preparation of compliance reports and risk assessments. 3. Client and Internal Coordination Collaborate closely with the Director to ensure team activities align with client priorities and business strategy. Serve as the regulatory point of contact for client-facing projects. Identify gaps in workflow and propose process improvements and technology solutions. Support internal training and onboarding of new compliance team members. Recommend and implement scalable processes for operational efficiency. Stay current with regulatory updates across relevant jurisdictions. Lead initiatives that improve service delivery and client satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge ASEAN Cosmetic Directive Compliance Certification (preferred). PCPC (Personal Care Products Council) Regulatory Workshops (preferred). GMP for Cosmetics & ISO 22716 certification (preferred). In-depth understanding of cosmetic regulatory frameworks, particularly within ASEAN countries. Familiarity with international compliance standards (AU, NZ, US, EU, UK, Canada, etc.). Knowledge of project management and remote team leadership principles. Skills Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in compliance documentation review and regulatory interpretation. Tech-savvy, with experience in Microsoft 365, Teams, and project tracking systems. Abilities Highly detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Capable of balancing strategic oversight with hands-on technical reviews. Confident in decision-making and team coordination under minimal supervision. EQUIPMENT/SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS Desktop/Laptop with at least an i5 processor; Windows 10 OS. At least 8GB RAM. Minimum internet speed of 25 MBPS. Noise-cancelling headset and working webcam. Quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for virtual team management.
