Mortgage Broking Assistant The Mortgage Broking Assistant assists the Credit Team with end-to-end loan processing and file management. This role involves conducting lender assessments, managing documentation, reviewing client financial information, and ensuring compliance requirements are met. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and proactive communication to support timely and accurate loan submissions and approvals. This is a remote, full‑time position based in the Philippines. The expected shift is 6 AM to 3 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Assist the credit team in managing client files and loan applications. Conduct lender serviceability assessments and request interest rate pricing and property valuations as required. Review payslips and income documentation to calculate serviceable income for loan applications. Examine bank statements to flag any significant or irregular transactions that may impact credit assessments. Ensure all client documents are complete, correctly filed, and organised; maintain a list of outstanding requirements for the Credit Manager. Identify and flag potential credit risks or issues for further review. Enter client data into the CRM system and Apply Online portal to build and submit loan applications to lenders. Liaise with lenders to follow up application statuses and coordinate with the credit team to address outstanding items for timely approvals. Maintain compliance standards by uploading accurate and complete documentation to the CRM system. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in Australian loan processing is required. Strong understanding of lending documentation, financial statements, and income verification. Working knowledge of Apply Online, myCRM, Salesforce, and CoreLogic. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or potential risks. Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders. Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in developing credit and loan processing skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team alignment. Work Environment & Expectations This is a work‑from‑home role; employees must maintain a fixed shift and use time‑tracking software during work hours. Active participation in team and client calls with camera on. Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout the shift. Commitment to treating this role as a long‑term, full‑time job. Payroll is processed bi‑monthly on the 15th and 30th (or 31st) of each month. Benefits Monthly salary: PHP 55,000. Overtime and Philippine public holiday pay. Probation of 6 months with subsequent regular employment. Annual and sick leave: 10 days annual, 5 days sick. Health management assistance (HMO) after 6‑month probation. 13th month pay after 30 days. Annual salary review. Company‑provided laptop after 30 days. Permanent work‑from‑home role with your own internet connection. Shift: 6 AM to 3 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
