We are a global data and insights organization managing large-scale online research panels across Asia.We are seeking an experienced and driven Panel Operations Manager to lead our Panel & Product Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and team development across regional markets, particularly Korea and China. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering collaboration and accountability. Oversee daily panel and product operations activities to ensure service quality and operational alignment. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team. Operational Strategy & Execution Develop and implement operational strategies that support overall business objectives. Lead process standardization, quality control, and best-practice adoption across regional teams. Manage panel stability, efficiency, and engagement initiatives across APAC markets. Performance Management & Continuous Improvement Define, monitor, and evaluate operational KPIs to track performance and identify areas for enhancement. Drive process optimization to improve scalability, productivity, and quality of delivery. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Data, and Client Services—to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment. Governance & Reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Identify and report financial or operational risks to management. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and operational records. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in panel operations , online research , digital platform , or product operations . Proven leadership and team management capabilities with experience in coaching and performance development. Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficient in using data and KPIs to monitor and improve operational efficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail. Experience working in a multicultural or APAC-regional environment is an advantage.
