One Detailing (Precast Detailing) which has been operating in Australia since 2021 is the Precast Panel Detailing branch of RT Global Detailing & Consulting Inc in the Manila Office.

Due to an increase in demand for our services in the Precast concrete panel detailing industry an opportunity to join a growing business has been realised.  We are looking for dynamic individuals who have Revit or Tekla Modelling & Shop Detailing skills with a clear understanding and ability to deliver on the construction industry requirements in delivering these types of services.

The roles require individuals who can show initiative and be responsible for the delivery of a project.  This will include working alongside and assisting others in the Team, to deliver high quality Shop Drawings as required for accurate manufacture of Precast Concrete Panels.  Projects will range from industrial to residential to commercial.

Whilst there is a technical requirement in the job roles, the roles will also include training where and as required, to ensure the understanding of Software and Precast concrete details to assist you in delivering the project objectives.  General self-administration and document control tasks will be required to manage tasks and projects efficiently.

Having the necessary skills and attributes to immediately start adding value are important, these include:

  • Good Revit & or Tekla skills.
  • Knowledge in either detailing Precast Concrete Panels, Structural Drafting, or Steel Detailing an advantage.
  • Good understanding of building materials & construction techniques.
