Key Responsibilities Support panel management operations, focusing on website and application activities. Handle panelist inquiries, point exchanges, and user account issues through online platforms. Document work processes, update databases, and prepare regular reports. Assist the VP for Global Panel & Partnership Development in panel management tasks. Maintain and utilize internal tools for effective panel and data operations. Monitor and compare the panel’s performance against competitors to identify improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction and system efficiency. Participate in administrative tasks and team meetings as needed. Uphold the company’s positive public image through professional and responsive communication. Qualifications Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management or Social Sciences (or related field). Open to fresh graduates. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Customer service-oriented, with a positive and open-minded attitude. Interest in web operations, blog management, or social media (SNS) administration is an advantage.
