Job description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES With the team, maintain a compliance rate of 95% for all projects. Managing training records for relevant projects/sites. Utilize systems to identify and rectify any shortfalls in training compliance. Accurate and timely data entry of training records and distribution of training records and matrices to key stakeholders. End-to-end process of training records Inbox management. Coordinate periodic medicals, DAS and Isocyanates test. With the team, maintain Visa Holder requirements (VEVO Check) 100%. Coordinate training bookings. Demonstrate a willingness and capability to perform other duties as deemed appropriate and consistent with your professional qualifications, skills or experience. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related course. Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Excellent oral & written communication skills. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the human resources and/or admin field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
