Capital One - Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines Sr. Associate, Associate Relations Role: To assist the Principal HR Specialist, supervise HR Coordinators, manage and ensure day-to-day operations meet standards and achieve goals in the assigned functional area of Human Resources such as Associate Relations. Responsibilities Provide functional support in Associate Relations (AR), including day-to-day management of AR administration processes Supervise and manage daily AR case management, inquiries, and notifications Liaise with associates on AR inquiries, ensure timely responses and accurate logging Prepare AR documentation and AR-related reports for audit, submitted on designated times End-to-end handling of AR-related tasks Conduct learning sessions, new hire orientation, and People Manager onboarding Serve as an AR partner to other stakeholders; assist with conflict resolution and mediation People management Ensure individual and team productivity targets are achieved through periodic reviews and adjustments Provide individual career development coaching, feedback, support for continuing education, and development of desired competencies, behavior, and values Other May be assigned or rotated across related sub-functions within HR; all other duties as assigned Qualifications College graduate or equivalent work experience Preferably graduate of Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts or related field 3 years in related discipline, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations Project management and process improvement Excellent oral and written communication; analytical skills; customer focus Proficient in Google Workspace and Salesforce Amenable to work in a Mid Shift and Night Shift Amenable to work in Alabang #J-18808-Ljbffr
