Job Overview The Inside Sales Representative will manage and expand the client’s retail and distributor customer base. This role combines proactive outreach, account management, and CRM discipline to build long‑term partnerships and achieve sales goals. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, manage inbound and outbound leads, and ensure a seamless experience for our B2B partners. Responsibilities Identify and prospect new retail and distributor accounts across North America and international markets. Build and manage call and email lists using CRM tools, trade‑show contacts, and lead databases. Conduct regular outreach via phone, email, and video to present the client’s products and programs. Qualify and convert leads into active retail and distribution accounts. Prepare and send sales proposals, line sheets, and product information. Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate the client’s brand story effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail and distributor accounts. Build lasting relationships with key buyers and purchasing managers. Track account performance, reorders, and seasonal trends. Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Record all customer interactions, opportunities, and follow‑ups in CRM. Report weekly on pipeline development and account activity. Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on campaigns, promotions, and market insights. Qualifications 3–5 years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably in premium consumer goods, outdoor gear, or travel accessories. Proven success in lead generation, outbound calling, and email campaigns. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Strong English written and verbal communication skills — persuasive, personable, and confident. Highly self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Comfortable managing multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. Passion for travel, photography, or outdoor adventure is a plus. Excellent listener who can identify customer needs and tailor solutions. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Manila Time Work Arrangement Home‑based.
