Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and maintaining communication with applicants. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Post job openings on various platforms and monitor applicant responses. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Communicate with candidates regarding their application status. Assist with the onboarding process of new hires. Maintain and update our database with candidate information. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences. Qualifications Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field is a plus.
