Recruitment Admin/ Caravan Coordinator

Project Based: Contract of 3-6 months (Possible regularization)
Salary: 16k Salary Package
Work Set-up: Hybrid
(Work onsite for Job Caravans, Work from home the rest of the week)
Job description:
• Profile Management:
Upload and maintain candidate profiles in the recruitment database/system accurately and promptly.
• Field Coordination:
Communicate with headhunters, field recruiters, and local partners to ensure recruitment needs and timelines are met.
• Caravan Facilitation:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and logistical support of recruitment caravans, including venue setup, travel arrangements, and materials preparation.
• Scheduling & Follow-ups:
Schedule interviews, follow up on pending documentation, and ensure timely updates from field recruiters and headhunting partners.
• Reporting:
Generate daily/weekly reports on recruitment progress, status of profile uploads, and candidate tracking.
• Administrative Support:
Maintain organized recruitment records, assist with document preparation, and support general HR administrative tasks as needed.
