Assess structural integrity, safety, and quality of materials and workmanship. Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve issues. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and construction practices. Oversee daily engineering operations within the subdivision Review and approve fit-out, renovation, and construction plans Monitor ongoing house constructions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and building codes Coordinate with contractors, homeowners, and the property management team Inspect and supervise landscaping, grounds maintenance, and common area projects Utilize AutoCAD for reviewing and modifying plans as needed Requirements: Licensed Civil Engineer Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction and building inspection. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in housing construction, renovation plans, landscaping, structural design, and AutoCAD 3D. Working Conditions: 8:30Am- 5:30PM, Mon-Sat Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork-oriented.
