Job Description
  • Job responsibilities: handle IT-related tasks at the office including installation of software, deployment of machines (laptops/desktops), networking, troubleshooting user issues, and other regular IT duties.
  • Act as data protection officer for the company and in charge of data security.
  • Monitor server logs and firewall logs.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras.
  • Prepare inventory of assets, IT alerts/reports, and monitoring logs; prepare status reports on activities.
  • Other technical activities as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Graduate of 4-year computer science course.
  • At least 2 years experience in IT technical support role.
  • Knowledgeable in both hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft certification (preferred).

Salary : Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
