JOB DESCRIPTION Compensation and Benefits Attends to employee inquiries regarding salaries and benefits. Prepares newly regularized contracts for Rank and File. Benefits Administration Assists and/or attends to government-mandated benefits concerns and updating of records (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) Assists in processing monthly billings of HMO and life insurance providers. Oversees the processing of HMO and life insurance enrollments and deletions of regular employees. Assists in processing Employee HMO reimbursement. Coordinates with HMO provider and employees’ concerns and inquiries. Assists in the renewal of the HMO and life insurance coverage for all business units. Assists employees in the ordering and uniform issuance. Assists in the preparation, coordination and proper conduct of the Annual Physical Exam. Reporting and Records Management Updates Plantilla as needed. Maintains 201 file records. Processes ATM applications for All Plant and FEAPC. Scanning for digitization of all HO 201 files. Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or general HR functions. Knowledge of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and HMO/life insurance processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Good communication skills and the ability to interact with employees across all levels.
