Acerca del puesto: La Gerencia de Servicio al Cliente y Cobranza será dirigida por un o una líder que supervisa ambos departamentos, utilizando el sistema SAP para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y la liquidez de la empresa mediante una gestión eficiente del crédito, los pagos y la cobranza de deudas. Esta posición es un puesto permanente de tiempo completo, con la expectativa de asistir a la oficina 5 días a la semana durante los primeros 6 meses. Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales: Asignación de carteras de crédito Análisis de métricas financieras Implementación de estrategias de recuperación de cobranza vencida Gestión de Equipos: Liderar y desarrollar el equipo de servicio al cliente y cobranza, asignando carteras y garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos y estándares de calidad. Gestión de Créditos: Supervisar el proceso de investigación crediticia para otorgar crédito, analizar y autorizar límites de crédito y supervisar la trazabilidad de las cuentas. Proceso de Cobranza: Gestionar la recuperación de cuentas vencidas, negociar acuerdos de pago, resolver discrepancias, garantizar la cobranza oportuna de las deudas y asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPI de la empresa. Servicio al Cliente: Resolver consultas, quejas y problemas complejos de los clientes, garantizando un servicio de alta calidad y mejorando la satisfacción y la fidelización del cliente. Uso de SAP: Gestionar y aprovechar las funcionalidades de SAP para la gestión de clientes, cuentas por cobrar, facturación, análisis de métricas e informes financieros. Análisis y métricas: Supervisar y analizar métricas clave (como ARPU, rotación de personal, FCR) y desarrollar estrategias para aumentar los ingresos, fidelizar a los clientes y reducir la morosidad. Informes y cumplimiento normativo: Generar informes financieros para la alta dirección, garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa y las políticas internas, y participar en la elaboración de presupuestos de cuentas por cobrar. Gestión de auditorías internas y externas. Experiencia, habilidades y conocimientos Educación: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas, Contabilidad o un campo afín. Experiencia previa en gestión de al menos 10 años en atención al cliente y cobranza en empresas globales. Amplio conocimiento del sistema SAP y sus módulos, especialmente FI (Finanzas) y SD (Ventas y Distribución). Inglés C1 (hablado casi nativo, escrito y leído) Experienica liderando equipos de 10-15 personas Liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, negociación, comunicación eficaz y capacidad para tomar decisiones bajo presión. Se requieren habilidades de análisis de datos, resolución de problemas y un enfoque orientado a resultados. Áreas de relación: Ventas, Finanzas, Producción, Logística, Dirección.
