As a Business Planning Supervisor at ACOM, you will play a crucial role in the development, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns designed to attract, engage, and retain customers for ACOM’s cash loan product. Your key Responsibilities Conduct thorough digital market research to identify consumer preferences, emerging trends, and opportunities in the online loan market. Collaborate with sales teams to design and execute targeted online campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loan utilization. Design, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns, utilizing channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), display ads, social media, and email. Work closely with other department and managers to ensure ACOM’s digital presence is optimized for user experience, conversion, and compliance and ensuring digital campaigns support. Utilize digital analytics platforms to track the performance of online marketing efforts, providing regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and loan utilization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree holder; preferably in Business, Marketing or related courses Experience marketing loan products or other financial services online. Knowledge of local consumer behavior and digital marketing trends in the Philippines. Proven experience in business planning and digital marketing, preferably within the financial services or lending industry. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising. Strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics tools (Google analytics and others) to track and optimize campaigns. Familiarity with SEC regulations, data privacy laws, and compliance standards, particularly in the finance sector.
