Sr. Analyst-Operations (Client Success Manager/SaaS Sales) Teknowiz Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Urgently hiring for one of our direct clients in the Philippines. Job Title: Sr. Analyst - Operations (Client Success Manager) Location: Metro Manila Work Mode: Onsite & Night Shift Responsibilities Understand client’s value prop and be able to clearly articulate the impact of our solutions for our client’s needs Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement. Anticipate client needs and proactively address any concerns. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations. Staying informed about the legal industry through our products and beyond to spot trends, look for new opportunities, and establish credibility with our customers by understanding their business Required 2+ years of SaaS sales experience to legal professionals a plus. Proven experience in client engagement, account management, or sales support. Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
