Sr. Deskside Analyst Nordic Global is seeking an experienced Deskside Analyst to manage technology installation, support, and operations at assigned locations. This role focuses on building trusting relationships with site leadership and end users while collaborating with network resources, AV analysts, desktop engineering, and application analysts. Key Responsibilities Assist with hardware support including audio visual/collaboration tools, computers, printers, scanners, network gear, servers, and phones. Support a culture of quality and accountability by ensuring all work meets BSMH standards. Be mindful of technology cost, budgetary concerns, and stewardship goals. Ensure all SLAs are met or exceeded, reporting any concerns or challenges to manager immediately. Maintain accurate hardware inventories of production equipment and project/break‑fix items. Assist vendors when working in our facilities to minimize interruptions. Actively participate in technology team troubleshooting and planning discussions to ensure consistency across the organization. Maintain accurate work instructions and identify training needs within the teams. Provide constructive feedback when opportunities for improvement arise. Communicate clearly in all settings, translating IT language for business users. Skills and Experience Attention to detail in all job responsibilities. Effective verbal and written communication with all customer levels and technical teams. Constructive conflict resolution skills. Build trusting relationships with customers through active listening. Prioritize and execute tasks in high‑pressure environments. Follow technical documents and work instructions. Understand patient care environment and privacy practices (PHI/PII). Knowledge of IT fundamentals: operating systems, networking basics, and Active Directory. Capable of training others and adapting to changing situations. Remote team collaboration for support, troubleshooting, and training. Data analysis and discrepancy resolution. Forward‑thinking and proactive decision making. Critical thinking to breakdown problems. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Experience in IT support, training, troubleshooting, or related field. Broad knowledge of technology and audio‑visual hardware support. Additional Details Basic knowledge of network, storage, Active Directory, SCCM, conferencing, and collaboration solutions. Role supports 24×7 operations with on‑call and after‑hours support rotation.
