Sr. Reporting Analyst – TTEC Location: National Capital Region, Philippines (hybrid – either Pasay City or Bacolod). As a Senior Reporting Analyst working hybrid as needed by the business, you will be part of the Global Reporting and Analytics team. This role supports the department leadership by providing accurate financial reporting, data gathering, and analysis of key business indicators and operational metrics. What You’ll Do Build and distribute reporting of key indicators, operational metrics, and department metrics promptly. Track and analyze department operating results compared with forecasts and operating plans; develop forecasting of operational targets on an ongoing basis. Support employee rewards and incentive programs by supervising performance metrics. Develop metrics to measure and evaluate the performance of departmental projects. Survey report information to break down variances between the operations plan and results, identify trends, and spot areas for business improvement. Communicate reporting and analysis across all brands and sales regions. Conduct data gathering and analysis to support problem‑solving and develop conclusions and recommendations for various initiatives. Partner with IT to develop appropriate report specifications that improve ongoing reporting. What You Bring To The Role Associate’s Degree plus 10+ years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of work experience. Experience in development with Visual Basic 6.0. Experience in crafting SQL Reporting Service reports. Experience with Snowflake. Experience with PowerBI. What You Can Expect Supportive career and professional development.
