Overview We are looking for a motivated and articulate Sales Executive to focus on supporting designer and trade accounts, closing new business, and assisting in product storytelling. With a background in visual communication and strong interpersonal skills, this role also involves supporting showroom walkthroughs, content generation, and product presentations. Responsibilities Engaging with retail, walk‑in, and trade clients across all sales channels. Leading showroom walkthroughs, virtual consultations, and live selling efforts. Maintaining strong relationships with Interior Designers and Trade Clients. Scheduling showroom appointments and conducting product presentations at Design Studios or Interior Firms. Providing product suggestions and basic styling support when clients need minimal design input. Following up on client inquiries and converting leads into closed deals. Preparing and sending client invoices and confirming order details with the logistics team. Maintaining sales and lead trackers to support commission reporting. Assisting in showroom merchandising and keeping displays aligned with current campaigns. Participating in showroom events, collection launches, and being featured in brand videos. Supporting product storytelling and working closely with the Marketing and Content Teams. Qualifications Must‑Have: 2–3 years’ sales experience in retail, furniture, home decor, or interior design. Proven track record in hitting sales targets and managing B2B accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer‑focused with a solutions‑oriented approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Nice‑to‑Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. Knowledge of furniture styles, materials, finishes, and design trends. Basic skills in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp).
