Multinational Company Pioneering role Job Description Revenue Growth: Expand numeric distribution and implement trade marketing, sampling, and promotional activities. Optimize A&P budget allocation for maximum impact. Distributor Management: Build strong partnerships with the local distributor to achieve sales targets. Ensure effective execution of marketing and sales initiatives. Marketing Execution: Oversee social media, influencer/KOL campaigns, e-commerce, and other innovative marketing programs. Drive brand awareness through digital and BTL campaigns. Market Analysis: Analyze consumer insights, retail trends, and competitor activities to refine brand positioning. Use data-driven strategies for continuous improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with internal teams and provide regular performance reports to leadership in their regional office. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing and BTL campaigns. FMCG trade marketing and distribution expertise. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-driven strategies. Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to build from the ground up.
