Responsibilities:

  • Create an inspiring team environment with open communication
  • Set and manage clear team goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the team
  • Lead the team to achieve individual, team, and company KPIs
  • Monitor team performance daily, weekly, monthly, and annually
  • Report on team productivity regularly
  • Manage production and allocate resources for projects
  • Identify and act on areas for improvement
  • Review team members' performance regularly
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Address feedback and resolve conflicts
  • Support the Production Manager and perform duties in their absence
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project completion
  • Implement company policies and disciplinary actions

Additional tasks:

  • Analyze KPI reports on productivity, utilization, quality, and delivery
  • Ensure workflows and processes are followed
  • Participate in CAR investigations
  • Engage in client planning and provide project management solutions
  • Promote business development through teamwork and innovation
  • Create a positive work environment
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by management
