Production Shift Leader

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set and manage clear team goals
  • Delegate tasks and setting deadlines for the internal team
  • Responsible for leading the team to achieve individual, team and company KPIs
  • Daily, weekly, monthly and annual monitoring of team performance
  • Daily and weekly reporting of the team productivity
  • Production management and allocation of resources on projects
  • Should be able to action identified areas for improvement
  • Regularly review team members' performance
  • Regularly coach and mentor team members
  • Listen to team member's feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Support the Production Manager and perform management duties when the Production Manager is absent or out of office
  • Assist with hiring processes and new team member training
  • Regularly communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure completion of projects
  • Implement company policies and execute disciplinary actions

Other tasks:

  • Review and analyse KPI reports measuring productivity, utilization, quality and on-time delivery
  • Ensure workflows and processes are implement and followed
  • Participate in the CAR investigation
  • Participate in client planning sessions and provide project management solutions if needed
  • Grasps every opportunity to develop the business by team working and innovation
  • Create positive work environment within the team
  • Complete any ad hoc tasks assigned by the site management
