Overview

Head of Global Workplace Operations APAC responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and coordinating with regional leads to support Operations Finance and Head Count management across APAC.

Responsibilities
  • Monthly Financial Reporting, including HC reporting (database refresh, consolidation, financial review, and report preparation).
  • Monthly Financial Reports for Head of Operations, APAC, covering Operations Financials, HC, Efficiency and Productivity.
  • Lead annual budgeting activity for Operations Financial; collaborate with all stakeholders.
  • Deep-dive alignment with Forward team for HC savings.
  • Liaise with Regional Consumer and Commercial Leads to understand the business and provide support for Operations Financial and Head Count matters.
  • Align with Ops leads on projects and assess impact on saves and BAU costs (e.g., CRM, Omnichannel).
  • Ops vendor Head Count management.
Skills
  • BA with strong Financial competencies; minimum 7 years’ experience in analysis (not processing).
  • Analytical skills with a background in operations financials.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders for information gathering and advising the team on financial matters.
  • Highly organized and structured, yet flexible to changing priorities.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to develop rapport remotely.
Experience
  • Experience in a role with Insurance Business Operations is a key position objective.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, IT, Business, Insurance or related field preferred but not required.
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
