Overview The Paraplanner / Marketing Specialist role is a full‑time, work‑from‑home position on a night shift at Cloudstaff. The candidate will support retirement planning client services while coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The role is available to applicants in any of the following locations: Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac, Davao, or Cebu. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Administrative Support Track and monitor annuities and life insurance contracts; accurately enter and maintain data in Less Annoying CRM. Proactively monitor client accounts and alert clients when allocation changes are required. Set and manage appointments with prospects and existing clients. Prepare meeting summaries, paperwork, and supporting materials prior to client appointments. Follow up with carriers on outstanding paperwork, policy updates, and contract details. Track policy anniversaries and notify the client or take appropriate action. Assist with calendar management, meeting preparation, and overall administrative efficiency. Take initiative to identify tasks that can be removed from the client’s plate to improve overall productivity. Marketing & Client Engagement Collaborate with virtual assistants on social media and email marketing strategies to analyze and improve effectiveness. Support marketing efforts by developing, scheduling, and posting content on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn. Evaluate and improve visual content, including event banners and article images. Update the website with timely content and event information to maximize reach. Direct and track email marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and lead generation activities. Monitor marketing channel performance and provide suggestions to increase traction and visibility. Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of experience in a paraplanner, administrative, or client service role within financial services. Familiarity with annuities and life insurance (required). Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Less Annoying CRM experience is a plus). Proactive and detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills. Tech‑savvy with experience in social media marketing, email marketing platforms, SEO, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, G Suite). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision. Experience coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and preparing client materials.
