We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President Product Management, Retail Lending . Responsibilities Lead product initiatives in the areas of new product / feature development, product feature enhancement and pricing within an agreed framework. Ensure card products and services are relevant and meet customer expectations. Be flexible to handle different Retail Lending activities including acquisition and various portfolio management programs including cards usage. Ensure card products and services consistently meet customer expectations by conducting regular product reviews including benchmarking, competitor and market research, coordinating with internal and external business partners to keep products relevant. Identify opportunities for product enhancements based on market needs. Perform periodic portfolio monitoring through MI reports and profitability models to ensure performance against plan targets and timely reaction to market changes. Manage relationships with co-brand and other external business partners by coordinating regular requirements and ensuring terms and conditions of agreements are adhered to. Contribute to staff development by providing opportunities to work independently, giving guidance when required, and fostering two-way communication to meet team goals. Use the bank’s performance management process to identify training needs, coach and counsel staff, and share best practices to increase team spirit and self-esteem. Collaborate with International Wealth and Premier Banking units to design fulfillment processes and address gaps in implementing initiatives. Implement Group compliance policy locally by coordinating with Compliance heads to ensure adequate resources and training, fostering a compliance culture and maintaining good regulatory relations. Ensure relevant reports are in place and that insights provided by stakeholders are acted upon by the marketing team. Qualifications With at least 2 years’ experience in management of financial products, either as an individual contributor or a team member. Strong profit and loss analysis skills. Graduate of any business course. Proactive and able to work independently with efficient process management. Creative thinker focused on streamlining processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to present with confidence to senior management. Fluent in English & Filipino. Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band level than stated above.
