Overview

The Sales Admin Specialist is responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate release of various documents across multiple units, ensuring compliance with established processes and deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. In charge of maintenance and safeguarding of ARM Data (Centralized)
  2. Ensure timely performance and/or release of documents such as TY letter, CTS, DOAS, CCT/TCT, NOA among others.
  3. Analyze data gathered through generation of various reports from S4 Hana.
  4. In charge of sending of e-greetings to clients for special occasions (e.g. holidays, birthdays) to enhance client engagement.
  5. Handle sending letters in relation to Anti Money Laundering compliance.
  6. Monitor EOP2 accounts until buyer receives a notice of acceptance.
  7. Supervise her team to achieve their goals/tasks.
  8. Shall perform other functions as may from time to time be assigned by the Company.
Job Qualifications and Skills Required
  1. Bachelor’s Degree related to Business Management and/or Customer Relations
  2. Experience in account management, client services or a similar role.
  3. Supervisory or team leadership experience
  4. Has proficiency in software applications (MS Office, SAP, etc.,) and internet navigation.
  5. Analytical and strategic thinking
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy
  7. Has Good Communication Skills (Oral and written)
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
