We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our remote team during the graveyard shift. This role combines administrative support with direct client interaction, including handling calls from leads and coordinating with internal team members. The ideal candidate will be organized, confident in phone communication, fluent in English with a clear accent, and dedicated to ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups for all leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make and receive calls with potential leads, providing accurate information and recording outcomes.

  • Support the team with scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.

  • Update and maintain CRM records with accurate documentation of lead activities and statuses.

  • Handle data entry, document preparation, and schedule management.

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth information flow across the team.

  • Deliver professional, confident, and empathetic interactions with both leads and team members.

Required Skills

  • Fluent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.

  • Confident phone communication skills with professionalism and empathy.

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in time-sensitive situations.

  • Proficiency with CRMs, call systems, and office software.

  • Stable internet connection and distraction-free remote work environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in administrative support, lead management, or call handling.

  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing platforms.

  • Adaptability to new processes, tools, and workflows.

  • Previous remote work experience, preferably during graveyard shifts.
