Job Description Leadership & Team Management Directly manage IT teams across multiple functions, ensuring productivity, morale, and alignment with project goals. Act as a motivator and influencer, especially during high-pressure phases of project delivery. Delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative team environment. Project Execution & Delivery Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Define scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor progress using appropriate tools and methodologies, and report regularly to senior management. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans for internal teams. Present project updates, risks, and solutions clearly and confidently. Quality & Risk Management Ensure quality assurance protocols are in place prior to deployment. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Implement change management strategies to adapt to evolving project needs. The Successful Applicant Minimum 6 years of experience in IT project management, with proven success in leading cross-functional teams. Strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of project management. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Demonstrated experience in: Strategic planning Risk and change management People management Advanced understanding of web-based and API-driven development cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. High stress tolerance, adaptability, and decision-making ability under pressure.
