We are seeking a Project Management Specialist who will play a key role in driving the successful execution of client projects — ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a proactive and organized professional with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective Agile delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to align project deliverables and timelines. Track progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure all milestones are met. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical project management, preferably within SaaS or eCommerce industries. Hands-on experience managing projects following SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). Proven ability to lead teams of 5–10 members and deliver complex web, mobile, or software projects. Skilled in project planning, resource deployment, and release management. Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership capabilities.
