SMEC Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines Project Control Manager The Coastal Engineering and Management Team of SJ and SMEC are looking for a Project Controls Manager with prior experience in land reclamation development projects with the following qualifications: Key Accountabilities Ensure that planning, reporting, project controlling, scheduling and resource planning undertaken meets appropriate technical standards and the requirements of the client and SMEC. Proactively collaborate with appropriate team members, contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and coordination of project deliverables. Contribute to the commercial success of projects and the team. Formal Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (Civil Engineering) or Equivalent Preferably Masters in management degree or project management course. Skills / Knowledge Demonstrated leadership ability; High level knowledge on project control and strong technical foundation; Business planning, budgeting and commercial acumen; High level consulting and client management skills; Proven high level project management skills; An understanding of the business / organization / marketing context of business solutions; High level of client service orientation; Good national industry awareness and market knowledge; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a diverse and multi-disciplinary environment; Skilled in managing a co-operative and flexible work style to work in a team environment; Ability to source and apply new knowledge including industry information and key talent; Highly skilled in managing competing priorities and working under pressure; Computer literacy with proficiency in a variety of relevant computer programs.
