This includes liaising with clients, coordinating with internal staff, and interacting with printers involved in the production of the artwork project. Responsibilities Manage simple to medium complexity projects and under supervision. Track project and task progress and report any outages to senior project managers and/or clients. Support senior project managers in managing client relationships. Understand the Client’s process including deliverables and rework. Respond promptly to requests of client or senior project managers. Attend any pre-production meetings (or other meetings), when feasible, per the request of the senior project managers. Communicate artwork issues, project timelines, and status to the Client as well as internal and external stakeholders. Establish a good and professional working relationship with our clients and printers. Assist in developing or editing low complexity SOPS. Participate in process improvement efforts and various production meetings to foster a positive creative impact on the business. Verify technical supplied data are correct to supplied art. Communicate received and shipped art to the client and printer. Communicate issues to management. Perform order entry, ensuring orders are complete and concise when delivered to production Operate tools like Acrobat, Internal Order Entry System, Esko Tools, Teams/Zoom, and Client Systems/Client Knowledge/External Order Management. Navigate through internal databases. Possess basic project management skills and knowledge of technical terms and specs and collaborative tools. Capable of managing briefs, final visual and technical checks, and invoicing tasks. Possess the basic understanding of SGS &CO services and offerings.
