Are you a persuasive communicator with a proven track record in B2B and outbound sales? We’re looking for a Telesales Specialist to connect with decision-makers in the blue-collar and maintenance industries. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound calling and lead qualification, getting past gatekeepers to reach business owners or key decision-makers.

  • Handle outbound calls to targeted businesses in the blue-collar and maintenance sectors
  • Get past gatekeepers to connect directly with decision-makers or business owners
  • Engage decision-makers in professional, persuasive conversations to generate interest
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure readiness for the next sales stage
  • Collaborate with the client’s in-house closers to ensure smooth lead handover
  • Maintain accurate call records and lead information for tracking and reporting
Requirements
  • Can converse in English very well with a neutral accent
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and persuasively
  • Sincere and engaging personality with a commitment to long-term employment
  • Proven B2B experience is a must
  • Proven outbound sales experience is a must
  • Ability to work in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
