We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team and be the driving force behind our outbound sales efforts.

Description

As our first and only Sales Executive, you will be the engine of our outbound sales strategy, targeting new business opportunities in the BPO and AI-enabled customer support space. You’ll prospect, qualify, and nurture leads—owning the full sales cycle with the support of our leadership and marketing teams. You’ll need to be self-motivated, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

This is a remote position focused on selling to US based clients during US time zones. We offer a high degree of independence and flexibility. Ideal candidates are confident in using modern sales tools and have experience selling to clients in the BPO, outsourcing, or SaaS industry. Given the start-up nature of our business, we offer a generous base salary in addition to commissions.

  • Drive outbound sales activities including prospecting, cold outreach, and follow-up via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, moving them through the sales funnel.
  • Use tools like Apollo, Salesforge, Instantly, for cadence-based outreach, Pipedrive (deal tracking CRM) and lead sourcing tools like Persana AI or Clay for lead enrichment and research.
  • Deliver simple product demos, present proposals, and negotiate deals with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, ICP’s, identify high-potential segments, and improve sales processes.
  • Provide regular feedback on prospect responses, market trends, and objections to help shape sales and product strategies.
  • Help develop repeatable sales processes and documentation for future team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and detailed notes on prospect interactions.

Tip: Able to work independently and drive results are critical for this role.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally for BPO outsourcing services..
  • Proven track record of successful outbound prospecting and quota attainment.
  • Proficiency with sales automation tools like Apollo, SalesForge, Instantly, and/or Clay.
  • Profiency with sales CRM tools to monitor pipeline such as PipeDrive or Close.com.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Adaptable to changing environments and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Experience in a start-up or high-growth company is a big plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling services or software to clients looking for outsourcing solutions (e.g., customer service, SDRs, VA services).
  • Familiarity with AI tools or tech-enabled service offerings.
  • Ability to identify and engage decision-makers in small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build from the ground up.
