Overview

Outbound Sales Executive (End-to-End Sales) – remote position. This role is based in the Philippines and is described as a graveyard shift schedule. Base salary PHP 40,000 - 50,000 per month plus uncapped commission, with potential total earnings of PHP 1,000,000+ annually; average monthly earnings around PHP 55,000+, and top performers (Super Stars) earning PHP 100,000+.

We are seeking a remote Sales Executive for outbound B2B sales, focusing on engaging with cold leads and prospective clients, delivering information about our services in a personable and authentic manner. This role targets seasoned sales professionals with consultative and solution-based selling experience.

Position Overview

Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated, results-driven B2B sales professionals to join our team as Sales Executives, focusing on outbound B2B clients. The ideal candidate will excel at engaging cold leads, presenting our services, and applying consultative selling strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceed assigned sales targets by proactively cold calling, qualifying potential leads, and guiding customers through the sales process to closure
  • Cultivate and convert prospects identified through cold calling, maintaining ongoing contact via phone and email in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Address objections and concerns raised by prospects and customers
  • Manage the sales funnel and nurture leads from initial contact to successful closure
  • Strategize and execute sales activities that align with the organization\'s growth objectives
  • Present features and benefits of our offerings, identify pain points, and apply solution-based selling techniques
  • Maintain meticulous records of prospect interactions using designated tools and CRM systems
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales, including end-to-end sales
  • At least 3 years of account management experience and/or a history of client-focused solution selling
  • Strong listening and persuasive communication skills
  • Exceptional communication skills for presenting and influencing decision-makers at all levels
  • Proven presentation and negotiation skills
  • Track record of sustaining customer relationships that drive revenue growth
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a performance-driven environment
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a valuable asset
