Outbound sales Executive

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the logistics and shipping industry. You will play a vital role in promoting our logistics services and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the company's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients within target market segments.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and presentations to introduce our logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on market conditions, competitors, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure resolution through proactive handling.
- Ensure seamless execution of shipment lifecycles in collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of logistics operations, shipping, and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with sales systems, tools, and software.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
