Position Overview

Outbound Sales Executive (End-to-End Sales) — remote, work from home in the Philippines. Graveyard shift. Base pay PHP 40,000 - 50,000 per month plus uncapped commission. Sales Executives can earn PHP 1,000,000++ annually; average monthly earnings ~ PHP 55,000++, top performers PHP 100,000++.

This role is part of a dynamic B2B sales campaign focusing on outbound outreach to cold leads and prospective clients, requiring consultative and solution-based sales approaches.

Responsibilities
  • Exceed assigned sales targets by proactively cold calling, qualifying potential leads, and guiding customers through the sales process to closure.
  • Cultivate and convert prospects identified through cold calling; maintain ongoing contact via phone and email in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Address objections and concerns raised by prospects and customers.
  • Manage the sales funnel and nurture leads from initial contact to successful closure.
  • Strategize and execute sales activities aligned with the organization’s growth objectives.
  • Present features and benefits of product offerings, identify pain points, and employ solution-based selling techniques.
  • Maintain meticulous records of prospect interactions using designated tools and CRM systems to ensure streamlined lead management.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales, encompassing end-to-end sales.
  • At least 3 years of account management experience and/or a history of client-focused solutions selling.
  • Active listening and persuasive communication skills; ability to influence decision makers at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; track record of cultivating and sustaining customer relationships that drive revenue.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management; self-motivated in a performance-driven environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a valuable asset.
