We support and fund sustainable programs , including free training, public awareness campaigns, and capacity-building initiatives to benefit food handlers, businesses, and communities across the country. About the Role We are looking for IT Support to join our team This role focuses on managing digital records, ensuring system security, and coordinating IT-related logistics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in maintaining data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and secure individual records, system logs, and digital certificates. Implement IT security policies and conduct routine system inspections. Update digital records and ensure accurate documentation. Identify and resolve workflow and system-related issues as needed. Provide technical support for online and in-person system operations. Assist in coordination tasks during system-related activities and training. Submit weekly reports to the IT and Document Control Supervisor. Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT and Document Control Supervisor and Management. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT coordination, data security, technical support, or administrative IT functions. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and IT support tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Prior experience in IT coordination, data security, or administrative support is a plus.
